What I build

Native mobile apps from existing web applications — plus everything between "it works on my phone" and "it's live on the store."

Everything a store submission needs.

Native iOS & Android Builds

Your existing web app, running as a real native application on both platforms from a single codebase.

Native Capability

Push notifications, offline storage, camera, biometrics, haptics, deep links. The things a browser tab can't do — which is usually why you wanted an app.

Store Submission, Handled

Signing keys, listings, screenshots, content ratings, data-safety declarations, privacy policy. This is the part that surprises people, and it's the part I've already done.

Monetisation, If You Need It

Ads or subscriptions, with the consent handling that keeps you compliant in the EU and UK. Done properly it's invisible. Done badly it silently earns nothing — I've debugged exactly that failure.

A Test Suite

Automated tests covering the logic and the interface, so the next change doesn't quietly break the last one. Yours, in your repo.

Handover

Source, build instructions, signing material and store access. Everything needed to continue without me.

Beyond the one-off build.

Maintenance Retainers

Apps decay without touching them — OS releases, SDK deprecations, store policy changes. A small monthly retainer keeps yours submittable.

White-Label for Agencies

If you're a studio with a client who needs mobile, I work under your brand. Figma to signed store build, weekly updates, your name on the delivery.

Is this the right
approach for you?

A Good Fit

  • SaaS platforms
  • Booking and scheduling systems
  • Member portals
  • Internal tools
  • Marketplaces
  • Anything with a working web product and nothing on the app stores

Not a Fit

  • Apps built around heavy native performance — 3D games, video editing, AR, real-time signal processing. Ground-up native is genuinely the right call there, and I'll say so rather than take the work.
  • "An app like Uber but for X" with no existing product. I build the mobile layer for something that already works.
What It Costs

Fixed price, quoted per project, after a call. What moves the number: how many native capabilities you need, whether the UI needs mobile-specific work, and whether you want one platform or both.

Small, one platform, minimal native features: a couple of weeks. Both platforms with notifications, offline and payments: longer. I'd rather scope it honestly than publish a price that's wrong for you.
