A full brand identity typically takes 3–5 weeks from our first call to final delivery. Week 1 is discovery and strategy. Weeks 2–3 cover concept development and presentation. Weeks 3–5 cover refinement and final production. Complex projects or those requiring brand strategy work first may take longer.

Every project includes 2 full concept routes presented at the first review, plus 3 rounds of revisions on the chosen direction. In our experience, thorough discovery at the start means the concepts land well — but revision rounds are there to ensure you're completely satisfied.

Yes — a brand refresh is often the right choice. We assess what equity exists in your current brand (what your customers already recognise and respond to), keep what works, and modernise what doesn't. This is typically faster and less costly than a full rebrand.

We provide print-ready files for everything we design. We can also brief and manage print suppliers on your behalf — business cards, signage, stationery — though printing costs are separate from our design fees.

You receive every format: SVG (scalable vector, for web), AI and EPS (for designers and print), PDF (for general use), and PNG with transparent background (for digital use). Both full-colour and black/white versions are always included.
